Kean Ming is a skilled chef with extensive experience in Japanese cuisine. They began their culinary journey as a Japanese Cook at Raku-Zen Japanese Restaurant from 2004 to 2005 before advancing to various prestigious roles, including Commis I to CDP at the Grand Hyatt Singapore from 2005 to 2012. Kean served as a Japanese Sous Chef at The Westin Beijing Chao Yang from 2013 to 2014 and has been a Senior Sous Chef at Melco Resorts & Entertainment since 2015, overseeing daily operations and maintaining high food quality standards. Kean holds a Diploma in Professional Chef Training from Kolej Hillcity, which they completed in 2004.
