Margaret Beetz is the Director of Career and Agent Development at Mel Foster Co., where they have been enhancing career opportunities since 2012. With over 28 years of experience in residential real estate sales, management, recruiting, and training, Margaret has held leadership positions as President of two Realtor Associations and as Chairman of the Education Committee for the Englewood Area Board of Realtors. They are a licensed instructor for Iowa Pre-license courses and for Illinois and Iowa Continuing Education Courses, specializing in coaching and training. Previously, Margaret served as a Business Consultant, Coach, and Team Leader at Keller Williams Realty from 2010 to 2012 and worked as a Broker Associate at Coldwell Banker from 1999 to 2010.
