Esam Shaltout currently serves as the Mejdaf Service Center Manager and Technical Support Manager, where they oversee laboratory operations, staff training, and quality management at the Fluke Authorized Service Center in Riyadh, KSA. Previously, they worked as the Manager of the Physical Measurement Department at the National Measurement and Calibration Laboratory under SASO, where they specialized in metrology and led the establishment of quality systems. Esam began their career as a lecturer assistant at the Physics Department of Azhar University, conducting practical classes and tutorials in various physics disciplines.
