Md. Majharul Islam is currently a Deputy Manager and Lead HRBP at Meghna Group of Industries, where they handle a diverse portfolio including fresh milk and soyabean oil. With 10 years of experience in various HR functions, they have effectively executed daily HR-related tasks and developed strategic business partnerships focused on organizational development. Md. Majharul has previously worked at BRAC and JMI Group in various HR roles, including talent acquisition. They hold a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from East West University and a PGD in HRM from the Bangladesh Institute of Management.
