Tim Kosa is a Distinguished Engineer at Medtronic, where they have been employed since 1992. Previously, they served as a Research & Development Manager at Covidien from 2006 to 2009, leading a team of development engineers and overseeing new product development projects. Their experience also includes roles as a Principal Development Engineer and Senior Development Engineer, where they developed innovative medical devices and implemented process improvements across multiple manufacturing facilities. Tim is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at USC.
