Currently, as the Global Change Management and Communications Lead Consultant at Medtronic, they lead modernization initiatives using Salesforce. Rahul has held leadership roles across various organizations including Johnson & Johnson and Mass General Brigham, where they managed change control processes and facilitated seamless transitions to new systems. They hold an MBA in Marketing from Babson College and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University.
