Nithya Bandi is currently the Director of Market Development for Surgical RLM at Medtronic. They have extensive experience in the medical field, having held various roles including Quality Assurance Engineer at Genzyme Genetics and Regulatory Affairs Specialist at Medtronic Spine & Biologics. Nithya also served as Program Manager for Strategy and Business Development at Medtronic from 2015 to 2017, and possesses a Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering from Syracuse University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Madras. They previously conducted research as a Graduate Research Assistant at Syracuse University and gained practical experience through internships in engineering and research roles.
