Previously, Michal served as a Senior Microbiologist and a Quality Assurance Microbiologist at Zimmer Biomet, focusing on environmental monitoring, sterility assurance, and regulatory compliance. Michal earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Molecular Biology from Birkbeck, University of London, and holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Biomolecular Science from the University of St. Andrews. Throughout their career, Michal has contributed to advancements in sterilization processes and microbiological safety within the medical device industry.
