Michael Dorsey is a Senior Human Factors Engineer at Medtronic, where they lead UX research and usability testing for implantable systems and associated software applications. With 10 years of experience in human factors and product development in the medical industry, Michael's expertise spans from concept creation to manufacturing, including mechanical design and software UI design. Previously, they worked at Ethicon, Inc., contributing to the design and ergonomics of surgical tools, and had roles at several other medical device companies. Michael holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
