Kasturi Barde is an R&D Program Leader currently serving as a Principal Project Manager at Medtronic, where they lead the development of new robotics-assisted surgery products. With over 5 years of experience in managing R&D projects and a Certified SAFe® 6 Practice Consultant certification, Kasturi focuses on enhancing patient outcomes through innovative solutions. Previously, Kasturi held roles at Waters Corporation and Medicomp Inc., contributing to software quality engineering and hardware engineering in medical devices. They have a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from Syracuse University and are pursuing a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Vishwakarma Institute Of Technology.
