Dylan Haakana served as a Research Assistant at the University of Minnesota from 2011 to 2012, where they created forsterite rocks and conducted experiments on crystalline microstructures. They later worked as Lab Manager at DDL, Inc. (2014-2016), overseeing project planning and client interface, before progressing through roles at Medtronic, becoming Sr. Test Engineer in 2021. With an academic background from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, Dylan has developed expertise in reliability engineering and medical device testing.
