Charlie Lechner is the Senior Director of Strategic Accounts for the Cardiac & Vascular Group at Medtronic, where they drive revenue and develop relationships with key accounts. Previously, they served in various leadership roles at companies such as Covidien and Cordis Endovascular, where they excelled in motivating sales teams and exceeding quotas. Charlie's extensive experience in strategic planning and contract negotiations is complemented by a thorough understanding of the healthcare system. They are currently pursuing a BA in Political Science at Drew University.
