Andre Rodriguez is a Principal Manufacturing Engineer specializing in Surgical Robotics for the HUGO RAS System at Medtronic. With 18 years of experience in the engineering manufacturing field, they have demonstrated expertise in continuous process improvement, Six Sigma methodologies, and manufacturing process development. Andre has previously held roles at Pratt & Whitney and Stryker, where they drove cost-saving initiatives and quality improvements. They hold a Master’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Michigan and two Bachelor’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Information Systems from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez and Strayer University, respectively.
