Yau Pan (Ben) Chan is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and product development. Currently serving as a Senior Director of Engineering at Medidata Solutions since August 2017, Yau has previously held key positions as Director of Engineering at Infoimage Inc. and Engineering Manager at Anvato. At Infoimage Inc., Yau was instrumental in the research and development of new electronic products and features, including a revamped multi-tenant application platform. Yau's prior experience includes a role as a Technical Yahoo at Yahoo! and as a Senior Software Engineer at Siebel Systems Inc., where significant contributions were made to backend engineering and product design. Yau holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Indiana University and a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Computer Science and Information Systems from the Wisconsin School of Business.
