Nabila Vallés-Ortiz, BS, PharmD, currently serves as the VP of Pharmacy Clinical and Quality Programs at MCS Puerto Rico. With a background that includes positions such as Retail Pharmacy Operations Director at Alivia Health and Pharmacy Manager at Farmacias Plaza, they have demonstrated expertise in managing complex pharmacy operations and leading diverse teams. Nabila holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from the University of Puerto Rico-Bayamón. In addition to their professional endeavors, Nabila is a co-author of the 2nd edition of "Women Who Lead" and actively participates in various boards and health programs. Outside of work, Nabila enjoys traveling, cooking, fine wines, and supporting animal rehabilitation efforts.
