Pawan Baishya is Medic's Project Officer for Banke District. Pawan has completed his Bachelor’s degree in Health Education and has a Diploma in General Medicine from Kailpal Hospital and College. On starting his career, he joined an NGO as Program Coordinator which was working on reproductive health focusing on uterine prolapse sanitation, hygiene and livelihood. Pawan worked for four years as Program coordinator closely with grassroots communities where actual problems and needy people live.
