Ravikanth Suravarapu has over two decades of experience in engineering, primarily in Analog and RFIC design. Currently, Ravikanth serves as the Director of Engineering at MediaTek, a position held since April 2010, with previous roles including Deputy Technical Director, Senior Technical Manager, and Senior Member of Technical Staff. Prior to MediaTek, Ravikanth worked at ST-Ericsson as a Principal Design Engineer following the acquisition of the NXP/Silabs Wireless group, and at NXP as a Senior Design Engineer after another acquisition. Earlier experience includes positions at Silicon Laboratories as a Senior Design Engineer and Design Engineer. Ravikanth holds a Master’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Oregon State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
