Rose Hamis has extensive legal and corporate governance experience, currently serving as Company Secretary and Legal Adviser at MDS Logistics Ltd since July 2019. Prior to this role, Rose held various positions at UAC of Nigeria Plc from June 2007, including Secretarial Services Manager and Litigation & Claims Manager, managing group litigation and debt collection. Experience also includes serving as Manager, Registrar of Titles at UACN Property Development Company Plc from October 2004 to June 2007 and as Legal Officer at Costain West Africa Plc from February 2000 to September 2004. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Law from Ahmadu Bello University, and two Master of Laws (LLM) degrees from the University of Lagos, complemented by further studies at ICSA London & Nigeria and the Nigerian Law School.
