Jason Krumholz is an experienced environmental scientist with a robust background in marine and coastal resource management. Currently serving as the Stewardship Coordinator for the Connecticut National Estuarine Research Reserve since February 2023, Krumholz has previously held the position of Senior Environmental Scientist at McLaughlin Research Corporation, providing research support for U.S. Navy environmental planning. As the Scientific Coordinator for the Reef Ball Foundation, Krumholz oversees restoration projects and conducts site assessments, while previous roles at NOAA included data analysis and report writing for the Long Island Sound Study. Krumholz's academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Oceanography and a Master’s degree in Marine Affairs from the University of Rhode Island, complemented by an undergraduate degree in Biology from Lawrence University.
