Shannon Ensor is an experienced communications and public relations leader currently serving as the Global Head of Marketing and Communications for Life Sciences at McKinsey & Company. They have a proven track record in creating award-winning campaigns and innovative brands, demonstrating a passion for mission-driven work. Prior to this role, Shannon owned Shannon Ensor, LLC, providing creative consulting for impact-driven startups and organizations. Shannon has also held senior strategic communications positions at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield and served as a Public Affairs Specialist with the U.S. Army. They are currently pursuing a degree at the University of Maryland University College.
