Justyna Krzywicka is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as the Senior Director of Ethics and Compliance in Global Strategy and Operations. Their previous roles include Deputy General Counsel for both Europe and EEMA at McKinsey & Company, as well as Associate General Counsel specializing in Employment Law for the EMEA region. Justyna began their career as a Judge's Associate at the District Court of NSW, Australia, and later worked as a University Lecturer at WSB University. They hold a Master of Laws in European Law from the University of Leicester and a Bachelor of Laws with Honours from Macquarie University, where they continue their education with a Bachelor of Arts in European Studies.
