Dev Vardhan is a Senior Partner Emeritus and Senior Advisor at McKinsey, having retired in August 2021 and transitioned to an advisory role in January 2022. During their tenure at McKinsey, they served technology and consumer clients on various transformational topics. In addition to their advisory role, Dev is currently a member of the Board of Directors at Allegion, a security solutions leader, and Intradiem, a fast-growing SaaS company. They also have a background in the Indian Administrative Service and hold a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and an MBA from Stanford University.
