Deepika Ravi serves as the Associate Director of Ethics and Regulatory Relations at McKinsey & Company since February 2025. Prior to this role, Deepika was a Partner at HWG LLP from June 2016 to January 2025, where previous positions included Associate. Deepika also contributed as an Adjunct Professor in Professional Responsibility at Georgetown University Law Center from January 2021 to December 2024, and was part of the Ethics and Compliance Team for the Biden-Harris Transition Team in late 2020. Earlier experience at Hogan Lovells spanned from October 2012 to June 2016 in various roles including Associate, Law Clerk, and Summer Associate. Deepika's legal journey began with an internship at the Human Rights Law Network in 2010.
