Karin Probst is the Chief People Officer at McDonald's Austria and serves as a board member for Ronald McDonald Kinderhilfe. They have extensive experience in legal and human resources, having previously held roles such as Director of Human Resources and General Counsel at McDonald’s Austria, as well as Specialist Legal from 2008 to 2012. Karin began their legal career as a Rechtsanwaltsanwärter at Ehrlich-Rogner & Schlögl Rechtsanwaltspartnerschaft from 2004 to 2008.
