Previously, Joan held various leadership roles at the Chicago Tribune, overseeing manufacturing operations and project management efforts that significantly improved efficiency and reduced costs. Currently, as the Director of US Tech PMO and VMO at McDonald's, they spearhead standardized project execution approaches and manage technology supplier accountability.
