Jeni Bolton is an experienced Teacher and Trainer with a strong background in hospitality, quick service restaurants, and food safety. They founded and serve as President of 500 Turkeys, INC, a nonprofit dedicated to feeding families during Thanksgiving while promoting faith-based values. Currently, Jeni works as an Instructor/Proctor for Safe Food Handlers Corporation and has been a Training Manager and Food Safety Lead at McDonald's RMC since 1992, overseeing multiple stores across Indiana and Illinois. Jeni is pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations at Hamburger University.
