Hal Merck is the Associate General Counsel and Vice President of Global Litigation at McDonald's Corporation, a position held since 2001. Prior to this role, Hal was a partner at Winston & Strawn LLP from 1992 to 2001. Hal earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Harvard Law School in 1992 and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science and Government from Wheaton College in 1988.
