Di Wen has extensive experience in digital marketing and consumer engagement, having held leadership positions in several prominent companies. From October 2018 to May 2020, Di Wen served as Executive Director of Digital Marketing & Consumer at Allergan and was a member of the China Leadership Team before the company's acquisition by AbbVie. Prior to that, Di Wen worked at Alibaba Group from October 2016 to October 2018 as Head of Merchant Service Innovation Center within Customer Experience Development. Di Wen also gained valuable experience at McKinsey & Company as a Senior Engagement Manager and at Accenture as a Senior Director from June 2005 to October 2015. Currently, Di Wen holds the position of Marketing VP for Media, Digital Channel, Ecommerce, and Merchandising at McDonald's, starting in May 2020.
