Astrid Langlois is a digital and technology-focused professional with a Master's degree in Psychology of Acquisitions and TICE from Université Paris X Nanterre. They began their career in e-learning, working for four years to create training modules and collaborate with designers and developers. Subsequently, Astrid spent seven years at McDonald's France in digital communication, specializing in digital tools for restaurants. Currently, they serve as an IT project manager at McDonald's, managing various projects for both restaurants and internal teams. Outside of work, Astrid enjoys playing guitar and piano.
