Currently, they serve as the Board Chair for the Association of Latino Professionals For America (ALPFA) and as the Senior Director of Global Tax Strategy and Tax Controversy at McDonald's. Recognized for their expertise in transfer pricing and tax efficiency, they have been instrumental in advising C-suite executives and developing inclusive leadership initiatives. Anthony is an original member of the PwC Transfer Pricing Practice and has a longstanding commitment to advocating for inclusion and access for underrepresented groups in the workforce. They were honored with the 2021 ALPFA Lifetime Achievement Award for their contributions to Latino career development.
