Heidi Bradish has extensive experience in legal recruiting, currently serving as Senior Law Student Recruiting Manager at McDermott Will & Emery since February 2015. In this role, Heidi manages the full recruiting life cycle for lateral non-partner candidates in the Chicago office, collaborates with Practice Group Leaders to identify hiring needs, and maintains relationships with law school career services. Previous positions include Attorney Recruiting Coordinator and Assistant at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati, where responsibilities encompassed managing summer programs, on-campus interviews, and candidate evaluations. Earlier experience includes roles at the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and the University of Wisconsin-Madison, contributing to event planning, fundraising, and international admissions. Heidi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Consumer Affairs in Business from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
