Cynthia DuBose is an accomplished media executive with extensive experience in audience growth, content monetization, and digital marketing. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Product & Experience at McClatchy since July 2019, Cynthia has previously held leadership roles including Vice President of Audience Growth & Content Monetization and Managing Editor of Audience Engagement, where a focus on community engagement and subscription loyalty was emphasized. Prior to McClatchy, Cynthia worked as Senior Editor for Special Projects at MiMedx and in various positions at Fans1st Media/Cox Media Group and The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, driving significant increases in web engagement and revenue. Cynthia's career also includes reporting roles at Newsday and The Los Angeles Times, and an educational background in journalism from Columbia University and the Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism at CUNY.
