Ben Bragg is an accomplished data scientist with extensive experience in data analysis and machine learning. Currently serving as the first data scientist at McClatchy since July 2018, Ben is instrumental in advancing the company's digital transformation through advanced analytics. Prior to this role, Ben worked at Fidelity Investments from August 2014 to April 2018 as a Senior Data Scientist, where projects centered on workforce planning, IT processes, and talent retention, utilizing diverse data sources and implementing various statistical algorithms. Ben holds a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics and a Bachelor's of Science in Mathematics, both from North Carolina State University, where Ben also served as a GAANN Fellow and focused on research in numerical analysis and modeling.
