Shindy Novia Putri is a professional with a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Technology from Universitas Slamet Riyadi Surakarta, earned between 2014 and 2018. Shindy began a practical work experience at PT Industri Jamu dan Farmasi Sido Muncul Tbk in July 2016, focusing on raw material sorting and production flow. From January 2019 to April 2023, Shindy served as a Quality Controller at CV. Permata Satria (Java Coco), responsible for overseeing the arrival of raw materials from selected suppliers and ensuring specifications were met. Following this role, Shindy worked as a QA/QC Senior Staff at CV. Golden Star Bird Nest from May 2023 to September 2024, conducting inspection and monitoring activities, training, and managing documentation. Currently, Shindy holds the position of Quality Control Section Head at PT. Mayora Indah Tbk since September 2024.
