Brian Bailey serves as the Senior Director of Reporting & Analytics at the Enterprise Office of Access Management at Mayo Clinic. Previously, they held positions such as Senior Operations Research Analyst at Hormel Foods and Operations Research Analyst at UPS, where they developed simulation models and provided analytical support for decision-making processes. Brian also worked at Vanderbilt University Medical Center as a Senior Operations Engineer, contributing to the development of the Vanderbilt Access Toolkit. They earned a Master’s degree in Operations Research from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Bellarmine University.
