Alan Scrivner is currently the Vice President, Associate General Counsel, and Head of Intellectual Property at Mayne Pharma, a position held since 2023. Throughout their career, they have held various significant roles, including VP of Intellectual Property and General Counsel at NeuBase Therapeutics, Inc. from 2021 to 2023, and Vice President of Metabolic and Cardiovascular Legal/Patents at GlaxoSmithKline from 2007 to 2015. Alan began their legal career as a Patent Law Clerk at Dunlap & Codding, P.C. in 1997 and later served as Associate General Counsel for Intellectual Property at Monsanto Company. They hold a Juris Doctor with Distinction from the University of Oklahoma College of Law and are currently pursuing a B.S. in Chemistry at Cameron University.
