Maybelle Santos-Davin serves as the Head of Learning, Engagement & Development for the People Group at Maya since March 2019, focusing on employee experience and culture change management. In addition, Maybelle has facilitated the #IamRemarkable initiative since August 2021, empowering underrepresented groups to share their achievements. Previous roles include AVP of Human Resources at Aboitiz Power, where responsibilities covered sourcing, retention, and capability development, as well as significant contributions in HR consulting and strategic solutions at various organizations. Maybelle's extensive experience spans over three decades, including significant positions at Smart Communications, Accenture, and training roles at Mandarin Oriental and Hyatt. Maybelle holds a Doctor's Degree in Organization Development (ongoing), a Master’s Degree in Development Management, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology.
