Alex Cuenca, CAM, is currently the Associate VP of Asset Management and Operations at 7Acre Investments and has served as the Director of Asset Performance at Maxus Properties since 2016. In this role, Alex leads initiatives in smart home technology and sustainability management, overseeing various asset performance projects.
