Stephanie Taylor is a skilled engineer with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a System Engineer and Reliability Engineer at Maxar Technologies since January 2020, Stephanie has previously worked as a Visiting Researcher at the Naval Postgraduate School and as a Graduate Student Researcher at the University of California, Santa Cruz, where research focused on the rheology of granular materials. Prior to academic roles, Stephanie gained valuable industry experience as an Earth Science Intern and Geophysics Intern at Chevron, contributing to geologic interpretations and simulations. Stephanie also has a background in public relations, having managed client services at Ricochet Public Relations. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Geological and Earth Sciences from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and a BS from Penn State University, along with a BA in Sociology from the University of Chicago.
