Federico Vione is the founder and CEO of W Group, a position they have held since November 2021. They also serve as CEO and Business Owner at MAW, a role they have held since 2021. In prior years, they were Chief Executive Officer of Pontoon Solutions from 2017 to 2019 and held multiple leadership positions at Adecco and Adecco Group between 2000 and 2008. They earned an Economics degree from Leeds Beckett University (1996) and from Università degli Studi 'Gabriele d'Annunzio' di Chieti - Pescara (1991–1997), completed a program in M&A and Corporate Strategy at INSEAD (2011), and are currently pursuing studies at IMD.
