Heywood Chang is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in enterprise applications and systems integration. Currently serving as Senior Manager of IT for Enterprise Applications and Integration Support at Mattel, Inc. since April 2016, Heywood specializes in Coupa administration and leads integration projects, including Coupa and Oracle Fusion implementations. Prior to this role, Heywood worked as a consultant at Arcadia Business Computing, Inc. focusing on Ariba, Coupa, PeopleSoft, and TIBCO, and also held senior consulting positions at IBM, PwC, and EY, where expertise in PeopleSoft and Ariba was developed. Heywood earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
