Ayala Kidron has a diverse career in sales and technology, holding various positions in prominent companies. From 2012 to April 2015, Ayala served as Vice President of Sales in the Development and Products Division at One1, where responsibilities included preparing sales plans and managing a sales team. Prior to this, Ayala worked as Director in the same division, focusing on software product representation and client development projects. Experience also includes management roles at Elad Software Systems, where Ayala handled product sales and led significant bids, and as Account Manager at Calanit Carmon, achieving success with major tenders. Currently, Ayala holds the position of Vice President of Digital & Analytics Solutions at Ness Technologies and Head of Digital Solutions & UX Division at Matrix. Ayala holds a B.A. in Sociology and Anthropology from Tel Aviv University.
