John Hottenstein, PE, CFM, is currently the Deputy Director of Water Resources at Matrix Design Group, Inc., with a focus on storm water conveyance in Colorado and the mid-Atlantic. With a foundation in science and engineering, John has successfully worked on diverse projects, including satellite remote sensing applications and ecosystem restoration. John previously served as a Water Resources Engineer at BayLand Consultants & Designers, Inc. and was a Water Resource Specialist, EIT at Ecosystem Planning and Restoration. John holds a Master of Science in Environmental Science and a Bachelor of Science in Biosystems Engineering with Honors, both from the University of Arizona.
