Brian Park is an associate in the Atlanta office of King & Spalding, where they focus on representing publicly-traded and privately-held companies in mergers and acquisitions, capital raising activities, and general corporate matters. Brian earned their law degree from the University of Virginia, having served as president of the Student Bar Association. They hold both a bachelor's and master's degree in economics from Clemson University, graduating summa cum laude and being elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
