Phani Krishna Pantula is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the aerospace industry. Currently, as a Manager and Senior Team Lead at MathWorks since March 2020, Phani Krishna oversees a team of 10-12 engineers, focusing on career coaching and fostering long-term career development. Prior to this role, Phani Krishna served as a Senior Lead Systems Engineer and Technical Lead at Collins Aerospace, working on the Boeing 777x Flight Control Module, and as a Tech Lead and Senior Systems Engineer at Rockwell Collins, where contributions included supporting the Bombardier CSeries Primary Flight Control Computer Program and leading teams of engineers. Phani Krishna began a career in engineering after earning a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology and Research Academy in 2012.
