Krzysztof Teofilski has a wealth of work experience, beginning with their role as a Project Manager and Dragons' Den Project Manager at Let's Start Up! from 2014 to 2017. In 2016, they worked as a Paralegal at Kancelaria Adwokacka Sawicki i Wspólnicy. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Paralegal Legal Assistant at Norton Rose Fulbright and as an Aplikant radcowski at Okręgowa Izba Radców Prawnych w Warszawie (OIRP). In 2018, they began working at TMS Brokers (Dom Maklerski) as an In-House Lawyer, Senior In-House Lawyer and Data Protection Officer, and Kierownik Działu Prawnego i Inspektor Ochrony Danych | Legal Manager and Data Protection Officer. In 2022, they began working as an Attorney At Law / Radca Prawny at Okręgowa Izba Radców Prawnych w Warszawie (OIRP) and as a Senior Legal Counsel, Data Protection Officer at OANDA. Krzysztof is currently the President of the Management Board, Vice President, and Chairman of the Audit Commitee at the Innovation Finance Technology Association, and the Head of Legal & Compliance at Match-Trade Technologies.

Krzysztof Teofilski has a diverse educational background. Krzysztof completed a high school degree from XXXIV LO im. Miguela de Cervantesa w Warszawa in 2013, majoring in Spanish language and culture. Krzysztof then obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Finance & Accounting from SGH Warsaw School of Economics between 2014 and 2017. In 2016, they began a Master's Degree in Law from University of Warsaw, which they completed in 2018. In 2017, they also obtained a Master's Degree in Law from University of Zagreb/Sveuciliste u Zagrebu. In 2019, they completed Postgraduate studies in Ochrona danych osobowych i zarządzanie bezpieczeństwem informacji from Uczelnia Łazarskiego w Warszawie. Additionally, Krzysztof Teofilski holds certifications in Certified Privacy Professional from OneTrust, Certified four-day training for the lawyer of the Banking & Finance department at Allen & Overy from Allen & Overy, Jean Monnet Module Certificate - an international certificate of EU law knowledge, and PrivacyOps from Securiti.
