Ethan Gromet is a Senior Director of Product & Market Expansion at Match Group, a position they have held since 2025. Prior to this role, Ethan was a Principal at BCG X and a Lead Experience Designer at BCG Digital Ventures from 2021 to 2024. They co-founded and served as Product Designer for Hutch App, an e-commerce and 3D rendering startup that raised $17M from Founders Fund and Zillow Group from 2015 to 2018. Ethan also directed operations for the Startup Garage at USC Viterbi School of Engineering in 2015, and began their career as a freelance product designer from 2013 to 2015. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a minor in Digital Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California, earned between 2011 and 2014.
