Sharon Goodwill is a seasoned risk management professional with extensive experience in leading risk initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as the Lead Risk Management Consultant at Mastercard since June 2022, Sharon is responsible for designing and implementing a continuous monitoring framework and aligning risk management practices across the company. Prior experience includes the role of Enterprise Risk Manager at Pay.UK, where support was provided to the Chief Risk Officer in developing the Risk Management Strategy and Framework. Sharon also worked as Lead Internal Auditor at Network Rail, conducting risk-based audits, and held the position of Enterprise Risk Account Manager at the same organization, focusing on the development of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework. Earlier in the career, Sharon contributed as a Business Analyst/ Project Manager at Luton Borough Council, leading process improvement projects and conducting risk analysis.
