Mike Phillips is an experienced project manager in the real estate and urban planning sectors. Starting as an Urban Planner at AKRF from May 2016 to July 2017, Mike advanced to the role of Manager of Development Planning at Hudson Pacific Properties from September 2017 to January 2023. Following this, Mike took on the position of Project Manager for Capital Projects at Columbia University from January 2024 to June 2025. Currently, Mike serves as the Manager of Global Real Estate Services at Mastercard, a role held since June 2025.
