Colleen Hespeler is currently the Senior Counsel for Privacy & Data Protection at Mastercard. They previously worked as an associate at Dechert LLP and Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP. Colleen also held roles as a legal intern at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and Electric Insurance Company, as well as a summer law clerk at Campbell Campbell Edwards & Conroy. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, magna cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and a Doctor of Law from Georgetown University Law Center. Colleen's diverse legal experience reflects a strong foundation in privacy and data protection law.
